Area enjoyed "white" Christmas...
The Paynesville area enjoyed a "white" Christmas
and New Year with six inches of snow on Thursday night,
Dec. 29. A frost- and snow-covered pine tree stood
in contrast to the bright blue sky and the steeple
at St. Louis Catholic Church in Paynesville last week.
