Of the 39 members of the class, nine are known to be living; four are living, but out of contact, and 26 are known to be dead. Class of 1945
Five members of the PHS Class of 1945 met in August in Buffalo, Minn., for their 68-year reunion. Present were: (left to right) Les Herzog of Litchfield; Lee Herzog of Paynesville; Vern Fischbach of Richfield; Dick Kannenberg of Paynesville; and Evelyn (Wahl) Carlson of Eden Prairie. Of the original class, 15 of the 31 members are still iving. They plan to meet again next year and are starting to make plans for their 70th reunion in 2015.
