Jen Hess won the girls race by a wide margin with a time of 16:42. Erin Aagesen was next to cross the finish line in sixth place. Coming in ninth was Camille Flanders.
Following Flanders were Danielle Lieser, Carin Frenchick and Tiff Rausch who came in as a pack. They helped each other stay focused, and placed 12th, 13th, and 14th, respectively. Mesa Frenchick also ran an admirable race. She placed 21st.

Koronis Invitational
On Thursday, Oct. 1, Paynesville hosted a meet at Koronis Hills Golf Course. The girls took fourth in the 13-team meet, but would have liked to place higher. ìWeíll get them next time!î said an optimistic Camille Flanders.
Jen Hess once again placed near the top. She placed fourth with a time of 17:23. Camille Flanders was the next Bulldog runner. She placed 22nd. Danielle Lieser came in 28th, and Tiffany Rausch placed 31st.
Erin Aagesen was 33rd, and behind her were sisters Mesa and Carin Frenchick. Mesa placed 35th and Carin placed 48th.
