Lake Henry defeated Roscoe 11-8 in eight innings, on Sunday evening, in Roscoe.
Mike Leither and Ben Moser pitched for the Rangers. Moser was tagged with the loss.
Drew Nathan led Roscoe in hitting going 4-4 with three triples. Leither also had a good night at the plate as he was 2-4.
Roscoe scored one run in the bottom of the first inning, and added one more in the bottom of the second to tie the game at two.
Lake Henry took the lead in the third as they scored three runs in the top of the inning and held Roscoe to two runs in the bottom of the third.
Lake Henry added two more in the top of the fourth, but Roscoe was able to tie the game again as they scored three.
The teams remained tied at seven until the seventh inning when both teams scored one run to send the game into extra innings.
Lake Henry was able to win it in the eighth when they scored three runs and kept Roscoe off the board.
Roscoe, now 0-1, will travel to Farming tonight (Wednesday) and play at 6:45 p.m. They will then host New Munich on Sunday at 6:45 p.m.
