Nosbush, a freshman linebacker, made 15 solo tackles, 35 primary tackles, and 17 assists for the Warriors, who finished with a 5-4 record. He had a sack, forced two fumbles, recovered a fumble, had two tackles for losses, and blocked a kick. He was the team's defensive player of the game against Mesabi.

The son of Dan and Monica Nosbush, Joe is majoring in welding. He graduated from Paynes-ville Area High School in 2001, after setting six school records, including the career and single-game records for most tackles.
