Foster care home to be built ...
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Monday
for a new four-bedroom foster care home in Paynesville.
Catholic Charities will build the home with the latest
in accommodations for the physically disabled after a drive
by Gary and Randy Olmscheid to provide suitable living arrangements
