The date was listed incorrectly in last week's Press; the event is Monday, Dec. 29, from 6 to 9 p.m., not Friday, Dec. 26, as stated last week.

Mandi Johnson and Ashley Gleitz have thier formal dresses ready for the ball.

The event - being organized by members of Crystal Hills Assembly - is open to all teenage girls.There will be a grand march - open to the public - at 6:15 p.m. Following that, the girls will be treated to a meal and various entertainment, including music. Rachel Sogge, one of several current and former royalty expected at the Princess Ball, will speak about how all girls are princesses in God's eyes.

Any girl who wants to register for the event, who wants to borrow a dress, or who wants to make an appointment to have their hair and make-up done (from 12 noon to 5 p.m. also at the Paynesville Area Center) can contact Crystal Hills Assembly at 320-243-3513. There is a $5 fee for the ball and a $5 fee for hair and make-up.
