Bergstrom adds new service to Great Looks

Jennifer Bergstrom, Paynesville, has worked under Myrt and Sandy Barg at Great Looks on Augusta Avenue next to the Laundromat for about a year. This summer she added nail technician to her list of duties.
“With people driving to St. Cloud and Willmar to have their nails done, I decided it would be worthwhile to learn more about acrylic artificial nails and the different things that can be done with them,” Bergstrom said.

Bergstrom is a graduate of the Model College of Hair Design, St. Cloud. Among her duties at Great Looks is hair stylist, nail technician, manicures, and styles for special occasions (weddings and proms).

As a nail technician she does nail art which includes painting designs on acrylic nails, anything from trees, Santas, holly, roses and sequins. “I’ll paint whatever design the customer requests,” Bergstrom said.

Bergstrom works Tuesday to Saturday at Great Looks. The shop is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Friday and on Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon. She is available other times by appointment.
