Black Saucer has new managers
Justin and Maria Thoreson are the new managers at the Black Saucer Motel. The couple started their new duties at the beginning of October.The Thoresons will maintain the building and clean the 30 apartments and 10 motel rooms in the complex.
Maria has a management background, having managed Papa's Pizza in Paynesville and a Domino's franchise in Seattle.
The couple moved back to the area last year to be closer to their families. Both Justin and Maria attended Paynesville Area High School. Maria's parents live in Paynesville and Justin's parents used to live in Eden Valley.
Justin and Maria are kept busy by their 17-month-old son, Jordan. Justin also likes sports and Maria likes crocheting.
