By Michael Jacobson

Sixth grader Jordan Severance, seventh grader Heather Rondeau, and eighth grader Colby Peterson have been named as Students of the Month for October at Paynesville Area Middle School.

Teachers at PAMS recognize a student in each grade for their work in the classroom and their relations with other students and school staff by honoring them as the Student of the Month.

Students of the Month of October Severance, the son of Dan and Dawn Severance, said he was very excited to win "this great award." He thinks he was chosen because he gets his work done on time and because he gets along with his teachers.
