Through Prudential's financial service associate program, new hires complete a 114-week training period where they participate in ongoing sales skill certification. The program is unlike any in the industry today. New sales professionals like Kotschevar begin their training in the program and receive structured training on a variety of subjects, many geared to prepare them for the licensing exams but all are geared to increase their expertise and value to their customers.

Kotschevar has attained her life and health licenses and NASD Series 6 registration.
