Wells Fargo gets new consultant |
The Paynesville office of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., recently welcomed Jan Gronseth as a new home mortgage consultant. Gronseth began working for Wells Fargo in early June and trained until Monday, July 28, when she took over the local office. She replaced Julia Ostgarden who transferred to the Willmar office. Gronseth specializes in home loans - from first mortgages to refinancing - and has a variety of programs available for borrowers of all income levels. She works with clients through the entire mortgage process, from pre-qualifying to closing. "I like helping people find the right product for their needs," said Gronseth, adding that she especially likes finding programs for first-time home buyers. Gronseth, who lives in Litchfield, loves to hunt and fish with her husband, David. She has three kids - two grown and one in college - and is expecting her first grandchild at any time. Gronseth is thinking about making Paynesville her home. She likes the hometown feel of the city and is amazed at how busy the downtown area is, she said.
