The festivities start on Saturday at 9 a.m. with a volleyball tournament. The tournament is played in the outfield of the baseball field.
"Usually we have about 24 teams; however, we try to get 32," said Art Schlangen.
There will also be food and beverages throughout the day on Saturday, both during and after the volleyball tournament.
If teams are interested in joining the tournament they can contact Schlangen until he fills up with 32 teams, or he will still be allowing teams to join as of Saturday morning if the tournament has not been filled.
Saturday evening there will be a dance with "Young Country" performing. The band is made up of all St. Cloud area members. The dance will be held from 8:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.
Food and beverages will also be available during the dance.
Everything starts off Sunday with the parade. It will be held at 12:30 p.m.
The parade grand marshals are Sylvester and Joanne Ludwig.
The parade usually lasts about a half hour and has about 25-30 floats.

Also food and beverages will be available all day on Sunday.
