The Little Miss Dairy Queen and "Dennis the Menace" contests were held Sunday in the Gazebo Park, in Paynesville.The contests are sponsored and run by the Paynesville Dairy Queen, with proceeds going to the Children's Miracle Network.
Jackie Jo Skoglund, daughter of Brad and Terry Skoglund, won the Little Miss Dairy Queen, with Daniel Glesne, son of David and Kristi Glesne, winning the "Dennis the Menace" Look-Alike contest.
The competitors for the Little Miss Dairy Queen were: Brianna Zenner, MaKayla Gottwald, Taylor Hendrickson, Josie Lee Magnan, Abbigale Knutson, Kayla Youngs, Greta Keller, Jackie Jo Skoglund, Mary Jo Prentice, Jessica Leverington, and Briana Soine.
The competitiors for the "Dennis the Menace" Look-Alike contest were: Travis Hislop, Daniel Glesne, Josh Buermann, Tyler Hemmesch, Dominick Platow, Aaron Hanson, David Rollick, Trevor Wendlandt, Cory Lymburner, Tanner Wendroth, Devin Koerner, Josh Reinke, and Dylan Sheridan.
There were a total of 24 competitors during the event. Each contestent was asked a set of questions.
They were asked what they like to do for fun, if they have any pets, if they have any siblings, what they wanted to be when they grew up.
