School board election results

Incumbents Fern Roberg and Debora Glenz were re-elected to the Paynesville Area School Board and newcomer Velda Larson. Their school board terms will begin in July at the start of the new school year.

A total of 288 voters cast ballots in the May 20 election. Vote totals were: Fern Roberg, 241; Velda Larson, 192; Debora Glenz, 182, and Doris Wendlandt, 135.
