Staff changes at Yarmon Ford |
Yarmon Ford has a new salesman, Ron Neuhaus, and a new title for long-time employee, Perry Yungk, who recently earned the status of senior master technician. Ron Neuhaus is the new salesman at Yarmon Ford. Neuhaus is the newest member of the Yarmon staff. He started working at the dealership in February after spending over 25 years in sales. Neuhaus, who has lived and worked on both coasts and many places in between, likes working and living in Paynesville and feels that his new job at Yarmon suits him well. "I fit in best at a smalltown dealership," he said. He likes working for Yarmon because the dealership offers great service. "You can't sell without the service to back it up," said Neuhaus. "And Yarmon has that service." Neuhaus and his wife, Paulette, live near Paynesville. They have three grown daughters and just welcomed their first grandchild a few months ago. Perry Yungk has become a senior master technician. Yungk, an ASE and Ford-certified technician, has been a mechanic with Yarmon Ford since 1988. In addition to ongoing training, he spent more than five years working toward becoming a senior master technician. To become a senior master technician, Yungk had to first complete training that qualified him as an engine master (for gasoline or diesel), a drivetrain master, and a chassis master. After going through the training, Yungk joined an elite group of fewer than 3,000 technicians nationwide who have earned the distinction of senior master technicians, according to Stan Yarmon, owner of Yarmon Ford.
