Names of local servicemen sought

Paynesville American Legion Post #271 and the Paynesville Ministerial Association would like to compile lists of local military personnel currently serving on active duty. To be included on a list, contact a local member of the clergy or the Legion by writing to: American Legion Post #271, P.O. Box 211, Paynesville, MN 56362.

The list of local military personnel includes: Bryce Atkinson, Air Force; Daniel Beckius, Air Force; Chad Christopherson, Air Force; Charles Davidson, Navy; Jeremy Dentler, Marines; Tom Gray, Army; Ryan Hunt, Marines; Phillip Jones, Army; Joseph Koshiol, National Guard; Jon Kulzer, Army; Mark Leyendecker, Army; Rhonda Lutz, Nasvy; Jonathan Millner, Army; Curtis Mohr, Navy; Josh Nelson, Air Force; Gerald Quarfort, Air Force; Todd Rierson, Army; Ron Stransky, Army; and Derek Wright, Army. Call the Press with any corrections or additions to this list.

The American Legion also can order "Blue Star Banners" for the immediate family members of military personnel serving during the war. The banners are intended to let others know a loved one is presently serving the country, whether in a war zone or not. Family members who are interested in flying a banner should also contact the Legion Post in writing.
