Real estate office opens in St. Martin
Red Oak Realty recently opened in St. Martin under the ownership of Tom Binsfeld.
Binsfeld, who got his real estate license in December, added real estate sales to his home inspection and appraisal business, Accelerated Appraisals, a business he partners with Brian Guggenberger of Cold Spring. The office is located in the Monitor Tire building in St. Martin.
According to Binsfeld, he has always loved houses and enjoyed doing home appraisals. He began working toward his real estate license because he wanted to offer his customers more.
Customer service is key, said Binsfeld, "Now I have the opportunity to make it better," he said. He emphasized that he wants his customers to have a good experience with their realtor.
Because Binsfeld is a new agent, his business must use the name of its broker, in this case Red Oak Realty in Belgrade. In two years, Binsfeld anticipates that his real estate business will assume the name Accelerated.
Binsfeld, a graduate of PAHS, likes working for himself because it allows him time to spend with his family. Binsfeld and his wife, Kris, have three children.
