Martha Schmitz has lived in Roscoe for 53 years, raising four adult children and being involved in church committees and local recreation. She is interested in serving on the city council because as a longtime resident she feels she knows the concerns of the city. Her primary goal if elected would be to continue the operation of the city in a positive direction for the benefit of the residents of Roscoe.
