A longtime minister/resident of Paynesville, Paul had also pastored churches in Compton, Calif., Wadena, Minn., and Sydney, Mont. The greatest positions he filled were as husband, dad, and grandpa, followed by his churches, job as pressman at the Paynesville Press, school bus driver (for 44 years), EMT, CPR instructor, and longtime editor of the Stearns County Pioneer Days book.
